To achieve impressive results, extraordinary people are required. And to attract extraordinary people, the job description itself won’t be ordinary.

We are looking for a co-founder to join a venture builder (VB) or one of its projects.
A co-founder is not a job title. Within this Venture Builder position, the actual role in the company can have any title we agree upon with the candidate — whether it’s co-CEO, Vice President, or something else.
The current location of the project’s CEO is Germany. Project companies under the VB will be structured in convenient jurisdictions: the U.S., UK, EU countries, etc.

The candidate selection boils down to answering three questions:
1. Can the candidate do the job required of them?
2. Are the collaboration terms acceptable for both sides?
3. Will both sides feel comfortable working together?
These are the three questions we need to answer – together.

What’s the job?

Run fast in the right direction: quickly validate hypotheses, attract investment, build effective teams, and create promising businesses for sale (including custom-built ones) — all in the context of uncertainty and constant market change.
Being effective without someone telling us exactly what to do.
This is a co-founder position — for someone with entrepreneurial experience, a results-driven mindset, and a relevant background. You’ll receive a salary and an equity share (aligned with market standards and common sense) from what we’re able to build and earn together.

Our focus (primarily, but not exclusively):
Medtech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, AI, space, climate, etc.

What do we bring to the table?
· Motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
· Clarity of vision and direction
· Creativity and ability to solve complex problems efficiently
· Strong entrepreneurial and industry experience, excellent networking
· Deep expertise in several fields
· Inbound flow of diverse projects
· A few promising ideas and know-how for a great start
· Solid technical teams for our focus areas
· Ability to identify high-potential niches
· Discipline to see things through
· And more…

· Working proficiency in English (German is a plus);
· A visionary mindset – ability to look beyond the horizon;
· Ability to build effective teams;
· Experience in raising investments (selling a project’s vision to investors);

· Effective external communications;
· Creativity: the ability to generate unconventional solutions;

· Any other relevant skills are welcome.

What to do:
• If you see yourself in this description
• If you have relevant experience and a burning desire to build exciting and high-potential projects
• If you’re ready to take responsibility and work toward real results…

Important!
Applications without a completed Google Form will not be considered.
We are looking for people ready to take real action!
We will also not consider candidates who cannot provide references.

Note:
From an investor’s perspective, the quality of the VB team should reduce the risk of internal projects from a venture-level to a more standard business level — while maintaining venture-scale returns.
We value both your time and ours, so our candidate selection process is short and efficient.

Please, if we haven’t responded to you or if you weren’t the right fit for us, remember: there are no bad candidates. There are only candidates who are a good or not-so-good match for the culture being shaped within a company.

P.S. Finding the right co-founder or a strong top manager (such as a CEO) is a complex and informal process. Smart and experienced people (including Y Combinator) recommend doing a small test project together — lasting a few hours or a few days — with a potential co-founder or top manager. This helps both sides see how well they align, how comfortable the collaboration feels, and whether there’s real synergy in working together.

We share the same opinion.
